She is survived by: her husband Bob Survis of Litchfield, MN; her daughters, Pamala Kuelbs (Meryl) of Willmar, MN and Julie Zondervan (Jeffrey) of New London, MN; her grandchildren, Karen Kuehn (Mathew Schultz) of Sartell, MN, Angela Kuelbs (James Kelsea) of Lincoln, NE, Christopher Goeddertz (Amber Albright) of Orefield, PA and Michael Kuelbs of Eden Prairie, MN; her great grandchildren, Kya Budach, Avery Kuehn and Jackson Goeddertz; her siblings, Wilmar Tietz (Faith) of Madelia, MN, Darlene Sandersfeld of Cotopaxi, CO, Elaine Lawrence of Warbo, MN and Janette Miller (Philip) of Truman, MN; and her brother-in-law Thomas Survis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
