He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lyle Thornquist, Merlyn Maxson, Deen and Kathleen Bode; and his uncles, Marv Ruchti and Naython Greene.
He is survived by: his parents, Christine Maxson (Leonard) and James Bode (Kathryn); his grandmothers, Bev Thornquist and Donna Maxson; his aunts and uncles, Doug Thornquist, Mary (Mike Remarke), Julie (Brad Keyser), Joe Bode, Cynthia Greene (Scott) and Kristin Maxson; and his friends, Kris, Ned, Murkey, Amber, Chad, Bob, Christopher Johnson and Don Worden. He is also survived by his many cousins and friends.
