It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan William Van Liere of Litchfield, Minnesota, who passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Liere and Dawn Van Liere (Huntimer) of Colton; his grandparents, Archie, Nellie Waswick, Ed and Valda Huntimer; his niece Kara Crosby; and his siblings-in-law, Melvin and Ruth Byg.
He is survived by: his wife Liz of Hartford, SD.; his sons, Travis (Kori) of Edina, Rance (Paula) of Corsham, England, Brandon (Kayla) of Woodbury and Brent (Ashlea) of Corona, CA.; his grandchildren, Gracin, Aubrey and Vanessa; and his sisters, Melani Crosby of Pierre, SD, Kim Crosby of High Springs, FL and Brenda Amundson (Craig Weier) of Sioux Falls, SD..
