It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas M. Frank of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Eleanor; and his brothers, John and Paul. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his sons, John (Amber) and Ryan; and his siblings, Susan Alleva (Anthony), Peter Frank (Patty) and Mary O'Brien (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
