He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Rex Miller and Betty (Marriage); his son Joseph Rex Miller; and his brother Mike Miller. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Wendy Caskey, Jeff Dobier (Annette) and Darren Dobier (Oie); and his sister Paula Cable. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
