He is survived by: his wife Toni; his daughter Lori Johnson (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jesse (Alyx), Jacob, Alexandra, Katherine and Samantha; his sister Mary Lou Wells (Rodger); his nephew Randy Kruse (Denise); and his niece Mary Dansby (Dennis).
