He is survived by: his wife Amy (Simmons); his children, Cody, Paige and Colten; his parents, Charles Bergquist and Peggy Bergquist; his sister Brenda Swanson (Kyle); his nieces, Savannah and Kassity; his parents-in-law, Thomas Simmons and Marjorie Simmons; his brother-in-law Michael Simmons (Jessica); his nieces, Ashlyn and Kensey; his brother-in-law Darren Simmons (Andrea Saunders); his niece Madison; his nephew Rilee; his sister-in-law Dena LaValle (Lance); and his nephews, Bryce and Austin. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
