He is survived by: his wife Paulette; his mother Inez; his children, Daniel, Lori Rose (Jeff), Richard (Jami) and Bradley (Dawn); his siblings, Tom (Leslie) and Cheryl Hoff (Richard); and his friend Stan. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
