He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Knepper and Jennie Knepper. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Kunde; his children, Mark, Karen Frisell (Jim) and Keith (Susan Helmbrecht); his grandchildren, Maren Hancock (Evan) and A. J. Frisell; his brother Jim; and his parents-in-law, Nona and Don Stamp. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to local food banks or animal rescue organizations.
