He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Johnson and Annie Johnson; and his siblings, Dale, Carol and Vernal.
He is survived by: his wife Rosella "Sally"; his daughters, Connie Bayle, Kim Johnson and Kelly Stejskal (Bob); his grandchildren, Tristan Pratt (Mizuho), Bridgette Centillo (Victor), Phillip Bayle, Jen (Christian Foust), Sam Feske (Erin Hennessy), Kendra Stejskal and Hannah Scott (Calin); and his brother Gerald. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
