He is survived by: his wife Janine Treziok (Treziok); his daughters, Amber Nelson (Corey) and Adele Heinen (Rick); his grandchildren, Michael, Joshua, Dominick Heinen, Jordan and Emily Nelson; his siblings, Paul (Mary), John (Annette), James (Paula), Anthony (Adrienne), Adam (Jennifer) and Mary Winter (Dave); and his brother-in-law Walter Treziok (Barbara). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
