She was predeceased by: her husband Henry "Hank"; her parents, John Jacobson and Dorothy Jacobson (Waldorf); her brothers, Jerry and Raymond; and her son-in-law Mark Lendway.
She is survived by: her children, Micki Lendway, Pat (Barbara), Bernadine Marek (Paul), Bernice Hubbard, Dan (Ruth), Roger, Mike (Amy) and John; her siblings, Bob, David (Michelle), Bernice, Pauline and Mary (Gary); and her sisters-in-law, Ida and Patti. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
