He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hiltner and Agnes Hiltner; his siblings, Edward Hiltner, Leona Wolbeck (John), Alvina Hiltner, Edwin Hiltner (Clara), Martha, Florian Butkowski (Bud), Juletta Kunstleben (Henry), Raymond Hiltner (Alice), Melvin Hiltner, Cyril Hiltner, Donna Hiltner (Olmscheld), Lawrence Wolbeck and Eldred Barthel; his sons-in-law, Jeffrey Ahlstrand and Douglas Peterson; and his grandson Corey Letour.
He is survived by: his wife Linda L Hiltner; his children, LaDema Hawkinson (John), Vickie Peterson (Douglas) and Randy Hiltner (Jean); his grandchildren, Trisha Miller (Denver), Brooke Berner (Ryan), Donovan Peterson (Rachel), Samantha Graslee (Kody), Dejah Hawkinson (Marcus), Beau Hawkinson, Lance Hiltner and Hannah Hiltner; and his siblings, Lidwina Wolbeck, Alphonse Hiltner, Clarissa Barthel, Anna Mae Speldrich (Donald), Irene Hiltner (Speldrich) and Carolyn Hiltner (Speldrich). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
