She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Shoquist and Rose Shoquist (Lifgren); her husband Kenneth Mesecher; her daughter Laurie Geis; and her siblings, Vernon Shoquist, Milan Shoquist and June Mueller.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Sandbeck (Andy) and Lonnie; her grandchildren, Kristin Kruschwitz (Bradley), Jason Sandbeck (Brandi), Gregory Geis (Rebecca) and Amanda Hudson (Tommy); her great grandchildren, Alex, Jacob, Katelyn, Leo, Emery and Hazel; and her son-in-law James Geis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other extended family, and friends.
