He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Sr. Roberts and Lillian Roberts (Meier); and his sister Doris Keto (Gene). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Miner of Winnebago; his daughter Desiree Roberts Rotter (J. Scott); his grandchildren, John S. Rotter, Jr. (Marie) and Darrelle Mueller (Jake); and his great grandchildren, Ashtin, Ian, Rylee and Miles.
For those who knew him and would like to do a memorial, Jesse donated to Wounded Veterans, Shriners Hospital, Diabetes Foundation, and the Alzheimer's Foundation.
