She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Carlson and Gladys Carlson (Thompson); her siblings, Lyle Carlson, Shirley Suedkamp and Audrey Voss; and her brother-in-law Gerald Voss.

She is survived by: her children, Bruce Edwards (Mary) of Chico, CA and Vicki Doeden of Chico, CA; her stepson Alan Zimmerman (Chris) of Bonita Springs, FL; her daughter-in-law Bev Zimmerman of Florence, AZ; her grandchildren, Shelley Zimmerman Roppe (Baard), Aaron Doeden (Terri), Blake Doeden (Anna) and Rachel Lindberg (Matt); and her brother Darrell Carlson (Sheila). She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, brother and sister-in law, and friends.
