She was predeceased by: her son Richard Cope (Laura); her parents, William Sylvester Near and Sylvia Vivian Near; and her siblings, Maryen, Murllis, Frank and Francis.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Cope, Susan Weizenegger (Ernie), Edward Cope, Sheryl Stang and William Cope (Joann). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
