He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Bachmann and Verda Bachmann (Hills); his wife Grace Bachmann; his sister Betty Peterson (Lawrence); and his grandson Nathan Kubly.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie Dewar, Kim Bachmann, Julie Bachmann and Sherry Curtis (Roger); and his grandchildren, Trina Driscoll (Corey), Stacy Howell (Cliff), Aaron Kubly (Dusty), Dayton Bachmann (Samantha), Emily McClusky (Jason), Ashley Sullivan (James), Abigail Badten and Brandon Kubly. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
