She is survived by: her father Roger Horner (Linda); her husband Kevin Jacob; her children, Marissa, Courteney and Noah; her sister Jeanne Brunner (Jake); her parents-in-law, Arnold and Sylvia Jacob; and her sisters-in-law, Kathy Cota (Shane), Barb Herring (Duane) and Nancy Shult (Brian). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
