He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Kulack and Lorraine Kulack; and his sister Judy Forward. He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Brian Grassman, Fred (Jennifer) and Jeni Dorn (Marty); his grandchildren, Joshua, Victoria, Ariel, Melina Walker (Preston), Rhiannon and Violet; and his sisters, Sandra Erion (Daryl) and Lori Donehower (Hollis).
