He was predeceased by: his parents, Zigmund Ebertowski and Florence Ebertowski (Kujak); his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Tyler; his son Paul Ebertowski; his brothers-in-law, Kurtis Kuestermeyer, Charlie Gilbert, KC Tyler and Jimmy Ed Tyler; and also, Edgar and Madonna Tyler (Fancher).
He is survived by: his children, Mark Ebertowski (Angela), Patrick Ebertowski (Lisa), Winona, Peter Ebertowski of Walden, CO, Elizabeth DuBois (Duane) and Thomas Ebertowski; his grandchildren, Wesley, Olivia, Chris (Kelsey), Hailey (Nick), Claire, Cole, Logan, Alexia, Aubrey, Aria and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Erin, Alaina, Parker and Trey; his siblings, Bernice Gilbert of Woodbury, MN and Dennis Ebertowski (Joni); his sister-in-law Chrystelle "Chris" Vinyard of Colorado Springs, CO; his close friends, Rosella "Rose" Weideman and Winona; and his cousin Al Kujak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
