He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Mary; his daughter Judy; and his brothers, Earl, Carroll and Bud.
He is survived by: his son David; his grandchildren, Sara (Keith), Heather (Brian), Trista (Adam) and Reall (Jason); his children, Patricia and Craig (Nancy); his grandchildren, Emily (Troy), Kristi (Nate) and James (Gretchen); his daughter Lynn (Cal); his grandchildren, Nick (Kari) and Janelle (Charlie); his son Tim (Shirley); his grandchildren, Ben (Danielle), Brian (Felicia), Brandon (Sarah) and Breanna (Conner); and his great grandchildren, Lauren, Brad, Ethan, Anika, Alexa, Karin, Krin, Greta, Ellie, Cameron, Truman, Raegen, Miles, Rollan, Myla, Greyson, Leni, Rob, Dakota, Madison, Emmalynn, Ruby, Connor, Hudson, Levi, Bethany, Josianna, Lincoln, Caleb and Addison.
He requested any memorials be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Rushford, Minnesota.
