He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Olson and Arvilla Olson (Schmidt); and his siblings, Marlin Roy Olson, Wayne Olson, Jean Bambenek and Glynis Hoffman.
He is survived by: his children, Kristen Maynard and Jamie Olson; his grandsons, Alex Franzwa and Aron Franzwa; his great grandchild Rylee Franzwa; and his siblings, Ralph A. Olson (Kris), Dixie Olson and Onalee Zeller (Gerald).
