He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Lloyd and Dorothy Peterson; and his grandparents, Everett, Rachel Wiskow (Beske), Peter and Catherine Braun.
He is survived by: his parents, Stan Braun and Carol Braun (Wiskow); his wife Margaret Julie Peterson; his daughters, Tricia Braun (John Wichman), Teresa Jo Small (Lance) and Trista Fetting (Jhad); his grandchildren, Riley, Calia, Charlie, Jack, Tytan, Taelyn, Trestyn Beau, Brecksen and Pierce; his sisters, Jeri Schoonover, Becky Bailey (Jeff), Jill Christie (Dan) and Roxanne Bartsch (Dave Zimmerman); and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Decker (Paul), Danny Peterson (Renee) and Doug Peterson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to St. Charles Academic Excellence Fund, St. Charles Wrestling Booster Club, or to the family for a future scholarship fund in memory of Bruce.
