She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Stark and Ethel Stark (Wise); her husband Kenneth Thomas; her siblings, Karen Stark, Loretta Stark, Lorraine Bambenek (Bob), Manuel, Eugene (Fran), Lloyd (Lucy), Kenneth, Fritz (Dee), Bob (Pat) and Merritt Stark (Norma); and her brothers-in-law, Leo Carty and Carlyle Olson.
She is survived by: her daughter Betty Ann; and her sisters, Sandy Hodges (Clark) and Norma Lee Olson.
