The passing of Arlis M. Ellinghuysen of Lewiston, Minnesota leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 4, 2025 at the age of 89. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albion "Otis" Gross and Merle Gross (Harvey); her husband Edward Ellinghuysen; her brothers, James and David; and her daughter-in-law Theresa Ellinghuysen.
She is survived by: her children, Richard (Pam) of Omaha, NE, Sherrie of Rochester, MN, Faith of Carrollton, TX, Holly Fredrickson (Nathan) of Sioux Falls, SD, Vicki Wineski (Joe) of Winona, MN and Devin (Kristin) of Winona, MN. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church (180 Williams St, Lewiston, MN 55952). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the St. John's Church cemetery care account, Lewiston Area Cancer Support Group, and St. Croix Hospice.
