She was predeceased by: her parents, Douwa Kam and Ella De Kam (Vanden Bosch); her husband Frank Koelewyn; her grandson Zachary Koelewyn; her son-in-law Brian "Bernie" Schaap; and her siblings, Peter De Kam, Judy Osenga, Arnold De Kam, Caroline Kalsbeck, Duane De Kam and Vernon De Kam.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Moore (Carlton) of Chanhassen, MN, Fred Koelewyn (Darla) of Plano, TX, Scott Koelewyn (Pam) of Harrisburg, SD and Kari Bouw (Ivan) of Edgerton, MN; her grandchildren, Corey Moore (Sarah), David Sprik (Elly), Andrea Aaserude (Aaron), Wendy Kenney (Joe), Lisa Honey (Keifer), Josh Koelewyn (Amy), Sarah Phillips (Mike), Spencer Koelewyn, Taylor Koelewyn, Chelsey Cordell (Zachary), Jordan Bouw (Katelyn), Jonathan Bouw (Jessica) and Cody Bouw; and her siblings-in-law, Stan Osenga (Shirley) of Temple, TX, Tracy De Kam of Ruthton, MN, Carol De Kam of Leota, MN and Alberta De Kam of Lynden, WA. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
