He was predeceased by: his parents, Caleb Ophus and Esther Ophus (Matson). He is survived by: his sister Marlene Westrum of Clearbrook, MN; his nieces, Renetta Rhen (Rick) of Clearbrook, MN, Deb Collins (Charles) of Spokane, WA and Darla John (David) of Lino Lakes, MN; and his nephew Corey Westrum (Sue). He is also survived by Many great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
