He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Carr and Adele Carr (Stewart); and his brother Peter. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lende Carr of Lengby, MN; his stepdaughter Nicole Smith (Jeremy); his children, Kai, Pyper and Ellie of Fargo, ND; his sisters, Nancy Kaler (Kip) of Fargo, ND and Susan Borgeson (Duane) of Sartell, MN; his aunt Margaret Stolee of Plymouth, MN; and his uncles, Tom Carr (Bobbie) of Monterey, CA and Walt Enzminger of Grants Pass, OR. He is also survived by four cousins and his in-laws Delores and Milfred Somdalen of Lengby and Barbara's siblings.
