He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mader and Emily Mader (David); and his siblings, Roman, Robert, Harvey Norbert, Marlin and Dorothy Mader.

He is survived by: his sister-in-law Gladys Mader of Lonsdale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and –nephews.
