He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Haggenmiller and Margaret Haggenmiller (Harens); his parents-in-law, Stanley and Iola Ruschmeyer; his brothers-in-law, Wayne Kaveney and Earl Budahn; and his son-in-law Terry Busse.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ruschmeyer; his daughters, Lori Penas (Mike) of Hutchinson and Susan Busse (Mark Johnson) of LeSueur; his grandchildren, Francis Penas of Mooresville, NC, Paytyn Busse (Will Walter) of LeSueur, Mary Hruby (Joey), Allie Busse-Efta of LeCenter, Mason and Conner Johnson; his great grandchildren, Adalynn Hruby and Maizie Busse-Efta; his siblings, Betty Kaveney of St. Peter, Bill Haggenmiller (Maggie), Joan Budahn of Arlington and Joe Haggenmiller (Kay Peik) of Hutchinson; and his brother-in-law Myron Ruschmeyer (Sue) of Glencoe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anne's Catholic Church (503 N 4th St, Le Sueur, MN 56058).
