He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis "Bill" Sr. Collins and Agatha Collins (Schaus); his granddaughter Jillian Weiers; his parents-in-law, Thomas and Blanche Prchal; and his brothers-in-law, Ron Germscheid and David Monteith.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Collins of Le Center; his children, Tricia Krueger (Todd) of Le Center, Jennifer Weiers of Le Center and Bradley Collins (Kole) of Le Center; his grandchildren, Samantha Hoelscher (Wes), Cameron Krueger, Chloe Krueger, Jacquelyn Weiers, Josie Weiers, Jena Weiers and Jordan Weiers; and his siblings, Patti Germscheid of Le Center, Michael Collins (Sheri) of St. Peter, Charles Collins (Sharon) of St. Peter, Bruce Collins (Lori) of St. Peter, Chris Collins (Macheal) of Burnsville, David Collins (Julie) of North Mankato and Mary Monteith of Chaska. He is also survived by several other brother/ sister-in-law's and many nieces and nephews.
