He is survived by: his former wife Ona Mae Carter; his wife Ona Voelkel of Le Center; his children, Jon Voelkel (Pam) of Le Center, Jamie Berry (Tom) of Rochester, MN, Jill Espeseth of Ladysmith, WI and Jason Voelkel (Amy) of Bloomington, MN; and his brother Patrick A. Voelkel of Belleville, IL.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
