He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin F. Wieland and Adeline C. Wieland (Unger); and his daughter Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Wendy R. Diethelm of Le Center; his sons, Martin Wieland (Jenna) of Le Center and Philip Wieland of Florida; his grandchildren, Hunter Rank, Jordynn Berens, KyleeAnn Fehling-Wieland, Thomas Wieland, Ronnie Wieland and Adeline Wieland; and his sisters, Bonnie Hlavac (Bill) of Montgomery, Judeen Brown of Dundas, Sandra Vlasak (Tom) of New Prague and Rita "Mitzie" Miller of Kansas.
Masks and social distancing are required by all attending the walk through visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
