He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Dianna K. Eichler; his wife Dianna Dvorak of Le Center; his children, Michael Roger Dvorak of Le Center, Andrew Roger Dvorak of Cleveland and Kelli Dvorak-Kielty of Kasota; his grandson Nathan Bradley Kielty; his mother Carolyn Dvorak of Montgomery; his brother Kurt Dvorak (Joy Svoboda) of Montgomery; his father William Dvorak; and his sister Faye.
