He was predeceased by: his parents, George Braun and Francis Braun (Rinkel); his wife Evelyn Vogel; and his brothers, Curt and Fred Braun.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Braun (Jody) of Le Center and Sue Springer (Steven) of St. Michael; and his grandchildren, Amanda Schoonover (Jacob), Kayla Wills (Matt), Travis Braun (Kayla), James Magnuson (Kali) and Jessica Ficocello (Brent). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
