She is survived by: her husband Patrick Smith Jr. of Le Center; her children, Theresa Reger (Michael) of Prior Lake, Mike Smith (Lorri), Mark Smith (Donna) of Mora and Patti Joe Claffey of St. Louis Park; her grandchildren, Brett Mason (Marni), Sarah Jane Mason, Molly Mason, Patrick Smith (AnnaLee), Michaela Smith, Zachary Smith, Callie Smith, Katie Joe Claffey and Cole Claffey; her great grandchildren, Emma Mason, Ryder Mason, Kal Mason and Clare Smith; her sister Suzanne Koehler (Duane) of Rochester; and her brother-in-law Chris Smith (Sallie) of Madison Lake.
