He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Cecelia (Konopik); his wife Bernice; his brothers, Clarence Plonsky, Leonard Plonsky and Richard Plonsky; and his sisters-in-law, Grace Plonsky and Carmen Plonsky.
He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Zvanovec (Kevin) of Heidelberg; his granddaughters, Nikole Zvanovec of Lakeville and Elle Zvanovec of Heidelberg; his stepgrandson Michael Stopski Jr. of Northfield; his stepchildren, Mike Stopski (Claire) of Brimson, MN and Linda Lambrecht (Bob) of Holister, MO.; and his brother Merlin Plonsky of Le Center. He is also survived by 12 step-grandchildren; many step great-grandchildren.
