He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Bartusek and Marcella Bartusek. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Svoboda; his children, Jeff of Apple Valley, Janelle O'Donnell of Le Center and Keith (Amy) of New Palestine, IN; his siblings, Ben Jr. (Jean) of New Prague and Mary Jane Kessler (Bill) of Cedar Falls, IA; and his grandsons, Luke, Miles and Hudson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
