He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sladek and Marcella Sladek (Krocak); and his brother Roy "Butch" Sladek. He is survived by: his wife Terry Sladek of Le Center; his children, Randy Sladek (Bobbie) of Faribault, Sheila Pietig (Rocky) of Olivia, Jodi Love (Greg) of Bend, OR, Mike Sladek (Amy) of Lonsdale and Chris Sladek (Amanda) of Le Center; his sister-in-law Liz Sladek; and his nephews, Tim, Bill and Dave Sladek.
