She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Sladek of Le Center; her children, Jeremy Sladek (Nikki) of Le Center, Jason Sladek (Michelle) of Montgomery and Cindy Vossen (Dustin) of Winnebago; her grandchildren, Tyler, Karly, Ava Sladek, Derek Trnka (Taylor Stepka) and Ellie Sladek; and her siblings, Barb Hinderscheid (Ray) of Kilkenny, Linda Hrdlicka (Jerry) of Rogers, Dan Schueler (Cecelia) of Le Center, Melanie Ring (David Koening) of Burnsville and Sheldon Vossen.
