He is survived by: his wife Carole Sirek; his children, Kirk Vlasak (Julie) of St. Michael, Jason Vlasak (Julie Berens) of Princeton and Linton Vlasak (Heidi Leverty) of Isanti; his grandchildren, Taylor Vlasak (Alyssa), Jordan Vlasak, Erin Vlasak and Allen Vlasak (Kelsey); his great grandchild Maggie Joe Vlasak; his siblings, David Vlasak of Montgomery, Carol Ernste (Ken) of Faribault, Butch Vlasak (Debbie) of Montgomery, Gary "Whitey" Vlasak of Lonsdale, Lori Edberg of Burnsville, Joseph Vlasak (Sharon) of Montgomery and Barb Schneider (Paul) of Lakeville; and his siblings-in-law, Don Sirek (Linda) and Dorothy Sirek-Flicek. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
