She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Michaels and Anastasia Michaels; her siblings, Shirley Grunhoffer and Keith Michaels; and her grandson Hunter Ceplecha.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Sladek; her daughters, Laura Ceplecha (Roland) of Kilkenny and Lisa Miller (Jack) of Prior Lake; her grandson Cory Sladek (Rachel Claffey); and her siblings, Tom Michaels (Janice) of Montgomery and Connie Weber (Kenny) of Kilkenny. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
