With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brian Anthony Germscheid (Le Center, Minnesota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 8, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Germscheid and Jean Germscheid (Baker); and his brother-in-law Joe DeGrood. He is survived by: his wife Lori O'Malley (Wetzel); his children, Charidy Buffington (Josh Bexley), Stefany Vaughan (Timothy) and Steven Germscheid (Sara Stroud); his stepchildren, Ryan O'Malley (Holly), Stephanie Anderley (Rick), Tim O'Malley (Lisa), Tiffany Bittner (Justin) and Dan O'Malley; his grandchildren, Ethan Bean, Taylon Henderson and Chevy Ellingston; his stepgrandchildren, Mason, Carter, Adalyn, Brook, Jake, Austin, Grace, Parker, Myla, Trevor, Dayson, Tristin, Kailey, Tucker and Rylan; and his siblings, Mary DeGrood (Mark Cramer), Patty Kleist (Byron), Kevin Germscheid (Kathy), Jeff Germscheid (Jean), Suzie Donahue (Brian) and Rick Germscheid (Dawn). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 9:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Henry Catholic Church (38807 261st Ave, Le Sueur, MN 56058).
