She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Bosacker and Ethel Bosacker (Chase); her husband Charles "Jim" Phillips; her mother-in-law Alice Phillips; her nephews, John Bosacker and Chris Bosacker; and her sister-in-law LaMona Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Phillips (Treasa) of Henderson, Chad Phillips (Heidi) of Cleveland and Tracey Phillips of Franklin, IN; her grandchildren, Jamie Phillips, Garrett Phillips, Courtney Dawson (Sean), Gus Phillips, Lindsey Phillips, Christa Phillips and Kallie Phillips; her pet Duke; her siblings, Curt Bosacker (Karen) of Le Center, Lyle Bosacker (Nancy) of Fort Myers, FL and Brenda Kotasek (Chuck) of St. Peter; and her brothers-in-law, Tom Phillips of Henderson and Mark Phillips of Le Sueur. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
