He is survived by: his parents, Barry Horn and Sandra Tepley (Philip); his uncles, David Horn (Barbara) and Paul Smiar (Ida); his aunt Suzy McGrady; his brothers, Bryan (Jenn), Jeff (Hilary) and Craig Horn (Dana); and his nieces and nephews, Gillian, Elise, Emily Horn, Caleb, Jakob Morgan, Thoren, Evan, Drew and Isaac Horn.
