He was predeceased by: his parents, Corday Thompson and Betsey Thompson; his wife Marilyn Sholberg; his son Steven; his siblings, Donald, Mavis Johnson, Charlotte Johnson and Marge Drake; his siblings-in-law, Donald Johnson, Gene Johnson, David Drake, Beverly Thompson and Elenor Sholberg; and his grandsons, Lucas Peterson and Blake Peterson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jill Peterson (Robert) and Jody Peterson (Joseph); and his sister Phyliss Chiglo. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
