He is survived by: his brother Jim Feine; his sister-in-law Marcie Feine; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kasity and Jax; his niece Bethany Notch (Joe); his great-niece Evelyn; his great-nephew Elliot; his niece Amber Feine-Rasmussen (Jordan Rasmussen); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Autum, Nora, Gwen, Silas and August; his nephew Mike Feine; and also Chrissy Feine (Jerry Benedict).
The family requests that memorials be directed to Home and Community Options or St. John's Lutheran Church, in recognition of Randy's dedication to supporting individuals with disabilities and his unwavering faith.
