With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Engel in Lanesboro, Minnesota, born in Sauk Centre, Minnesota, who passed away on February 22, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Rausch and Marlys Rausch (Curtis); and her brother Richard Curtis. She is survived by: her brother Arlen Rausch; and her children, Lisa Neal and Michael Engel. She is also survived by three grandsons and many great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Woodland Baptist Church (220 Skogmo Blvd, Fergus Falls, MN 56537). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery.
