It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Norby of Lanesboro, Minnesota, born in Scottsville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 26, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Phillips and Bea Phillips; and her husband Rodney D. Norby. She is survived by: her children, Tom, Jeff (Julie), Scott, Janet Nimn (Gary), Karen Lawstuen (John), Pat Hanson (Mark) and Lesa Tienter (Eliot); and her close friend Gary Littrell. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
